Facilities

We are happy to be able to provide our guests with two options for booking our facility. The first option is to book the Stone House. The second option is to add the Abbey to your booking. If your group requires overnight accomodation we also have several bedrooms available at an additional rate.

Stone House

The Stone House is a stone barn that was converted into a home by the previous owners. It has a large living room can be used for casual meetings with up to 15 people. There is a dining room table can seat 8 to 10 people (we do have an additional table can be moved in to increase seating capacity). There is also a fully equipped kitchen (not commercial) - perfect for self-catering or serving an already catered meal.

Abbey

The Abbey is the newest addition to the Nassagaweya buildings. The Abbey features hand-hewn beams with building materials gathered from the forests around Nassagaweya. The Abbey is ideal for larger groups. With a capacity to seat up to 50 guests around tables, and 60 in theatre-style arrangements, this room avails itself to many different uses. Folding chairs and round tables are available. Additionally there is a hidden screen with an overhead projector and AV capabilities.

The Loft:

• Provides additional sleeping in the Stone House, up a winding iron staircase
• Two twin beds
• Hypo-allergenic feather beds
• Two 3-piece bathrooms available close by

 

Cottage

The cottage is attached to the Stone House and can be accessed through the Abbey or out the front door of the Stone House. There is a small kitchen with a microwave and fridge as well as a bathroom and three bedrooms.

Cherry Room
